Ralph brings to the team enormous depth in strategy development, having specialised in strategic sales and marketing within the tourism and hospitality industries for over 33 years. Previous roles include: Accor Asia Pacific - National Director of Sales & Marketing (Leisure), Rendezvous Hotels & Resorts International - Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing, Sabre Pacific - National Sales Manager, American Express responsible for travel management services to multi-national accounts, as well as Thomas Cook Travel Management and several sales roles at Qantas Airways Limited.
During his time with Accor, Ralph was responsible for sourcing, implementing and managing the relationship with Channel Seven's "Sunrise" morning program. This relationship is now in it's eight year and worth many millions of dollars. Other projects included the research and feasibilty analysis of Accor entering the franchise apartment market in Australia, which now accounts for a large percentage of Accor's Australian properties.
Ralph is a managing partner of Hemisphere Hospitality Solutions a specialist sales & marketing consultancy firm for: hotels, resorts and apartments. Over the past seven years he has assisted many businesses with pre-opening strategies to ensure successful first year occupancies as well as greatly assisting their on-going operations with increased market share.
Ralph holds the following qualifications: a Bachelor of Business degree (International Marketing) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
