Our company is made up of senior industry professionals - who have built their skills across a number of tourism, hospitality, airline and travel related companies. At all times we work directly as an extension to the clients hotel team - providing weekly planning, implementation of programs and two-way feedback. With offices in Sydney - Hemisphere can provide tailor made solutions to cover all aspects of hotel, resort and apartment sales and marketing. Our relationships are multi tiered in that we will appoint your hotel with an account manager and you will have access and support across our entire team in the various elements of account management, e-commerce, rates and distribution.
Hemisphere bridge the knowledge gap through 100 years of experience and relationships in the industry. All of our clients have a national sales team working for them - which in the past was limited to the hotel chains - we can make a difference to your property.

Jeannie Armstrong - Managing Director
With a combination of years of 25 years of tourism and retail industry sales and marketing experience Jeannie brings on board an array of strategic and tactical skills to greatly assist hotels and resorts. Originally with Laura Ashley in the United Kingdom, Jeannie was instrumental in launching their successful home lifestyle interiors concept stores. On arriving in Australia she moved to the tourism and events sector, first with Sydney Aquarium and then as the Sales & Marketing Director for companies operating on Sydney Harbour such as, Magistic Cruises and Sydney Showboats.
Jeannie previous roles have included; Group Director of Sales & Marketing for Rendezvous Hotels International, gaining valuable experience in managing revenue generation and hotel openings for a progressive Asia Pacific hotel group and Director of Sales & Marketing for Select Hotels and Resorts International, a boutique collection of independently owned and operated Hotels and Lodges.
Jeannie is a Company Director of Hemisphere Hospitality Solutions and is hands on with the Hemisphere clients, developing their strategies across all market segments and providing sales representation. Over the past ten years she has assisted many businesses with pre-opening strategies to ensure successful first year occupancies as well as providing on-going strategies to increase revenue, improve market share and develop new markets.
Damien Kelly - General Manager -
Revenue, Distribution & Customer Service
With 20 years of experience across a range of Hotels, Apartments & Resorts, both branded and independent. Damien brings a wealth of experience in both property operations, revenue management & brand engagement \ management.
Damien’s previous roles have included; Global Revenue Optimisation Manager for StayWell Hotels & Resorts, part of the publicly listed Prince Hotels, the largest hotel owner operator in Japan. Prior to this, Damien lead the revenue & distribution strategies for Best Western Australia & New Zealand Hotels & Resorts, along with leading technology enhancement projects such as aligning all hotel Property Management Systems & platforms across the region.
Damien’s passion is to drive revenue for his properties, he does this via a variety of techniques, such as effective rate management, guest feedback analysis, product \ service enhancement strategies and leveraging technology to increase efficiency.

LYN LEE - Reservation and revenue support manager
Lyn has been on front line operations for a number of years in front of house at hotels such as Hiltons, IHG, Rendezvous and Toga Far East hotels.
As systems knowledge for hospitality became fast paced and crucial, she joined TFE hotels Systems and Database team where she supported over 70 hotels on various applications, hotel teams and suppliers.
She has recently joined Hemisphere to assist Revenue & Distribution as well as to support the Customer Service support team
Danny Salvador - Customer service and support manager
With years of working in the hospitality and travel industry, Danny brings a wealth of experience in operations, product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
Danny is responsible for the on-boarding process, training new clients, content management and providing dedicated customer service and operations support. Danny has a knack for problem solving, building relationships and delivering informative and engaging training sessions.

Sophie Monserrat - Marketing coordinator
Sophie has vast experience in all marketing, digital and online social media marketing for hotels and resorts. Sophie manages numerous hotels digital marketing solutions, from social media planning through to delivery. Sophie has a knack for building brands, managing websites & social media platforms and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.

Michelle vogel - Digital designer/marketing assistant
Michelle joins the team at Hemisphere Solutions to help with Web design, Content Management and Digital marketing. Her work experience includes large scale ecommerce and media sites and has worked across all areas from UX through to EDM's and Social Media Marketing. She is passionate, dedicated and self-motivated team member with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for all when working on delivering a project.
